Obituary
Arthur William Deck, 92, passed away on June 27, 2022 at home, peacefully during his sleep.
Art graduated from Scott High School in Coatesville. After school, Art enlisted in the US Air Force and served in Korea during the Korean conflict. Following his military service, he worked in his step father's plumbing business. Later, he was employed at the former Lukens Steel Company, retiring in 1992.
Art was preceded in death by his wife, Charolette (Dolly); and brothers, Richard Deck, Clyde Deck, Ralph Deck, James Trace, Robert Trace, Paul Trace and his sister, Dorothy. He is survived by his brothers, William Deck, Samuel Trace and Philip Trace.
A graveside service will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Thursday, July 7, 2022 at the Philadelphia Memorial Park, 124 Phoenixville Pike, Frazer, PA 19355.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in his memory to the Lutheran Church of the Good Shepherd. 107 South 17th Avenue Coatesville, PA 19320.
