Corrine E. (Rambo) O'Neill

Corrine (Chiarina) E. Rambo O’Neill, 84, passed away Thursday, February 1, 2024 at Paoli Hospital surrounded by her family.

She was the wife of Richard O’Neill, her soulmate, who preceded her in death in 2013 having shared 55 years of marriage.

Born in Coatesville on May 5, 1939, she was the daughter of the late John D. and Josephine Guiseppe Rambo.

Corrine was a 1958 graduate from St. Agnes High School in West Chester where she was the class valedictorian.

She was a member of the former LGM Sons of Italy Lodge, Coatesville and the former East Brandywine Fire Company Ladies Auxillary.  Corrine enjoyed family gatherings, reading, movies and word puzzles.

Surviving her are her children, Dennis (Kathleen) O’Neill, Rosanne (Martin) Boylan, John (Joanna) O’Neill, Judith O’Neill, Joanne (Thomas) Christman and James (Margaret) O’Neill, eight grandchildren, five great grandchildren and a brother, Ronald Rambo.

She was preceded in death by grandchildren, Kyle O’Neill and Sarah Boylan and brothers, Daniel Rambo and John D. Rambo, Jr.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:30 a.m., Tuesday, February 6, 2024 at Our Lady of the Rosary Church, 80 S. 17th Avenue, Coatesville.  Relatives and friends may visit with the family at church from 9:15 to 10:15 a.m.

Interment will be in Fairview Cemetery, Coatesville.
