Deatria E. Brigman, 80, of Coatesville passed away on Monday, January 13, 2025 at her home.
Born in Coatesville, she was the daughter of the late William and Helen Dearborn White.
Deatria was a member of the Kingsway Independent Church, and the Director of the Youth Group from 2009 to 2010.
She was co-owner of Benny’s Pizza in West Chester for 10 years until 1983. She also worked at National Liberty Insurance for 30 years and QVC for 17 years.
Deatria was a talented drum major and a member of the Sadler Sedan Drum and Bugle Corp for eight years. Outside of work, she enjoyed a variety of hobbies including country-line dancing. She enjoyed traveling to various locations, having been on 16 cruises. Deatria also cherished her time spent with close friends often getting together for lunch.
Deatria is survived by her daughter, Stacy M. Stabinski and her husband, Bernie and granddaughter, Morgan M. Stabinski. Her sister, Rochelle Reel and brothers, William L. White, Jr., Douglas P. White and Duaine C. White as well as many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her brothers, Arthur and Hurlbert White; sisters, Darlene Boyer and Donna Gregson and her partner of 30 years, Richard Faddis.
A memorial service will be held at 12:00 p.m., Saturday, May 3, 2025 at Kingsway Independent Church, 55 Morris Lane, Coatesville, PA with Pastor Dave Hamer officiating.
