Doris M (Cloud) Warren

Doris Warren, 95 of North East, Maryland passed away peacefully on Tuesday, September 5, 2023 at Calvert Manor Nursing home.

She was preceded in death by her husband William Warren with whom she shared 62 years of marriage.

Born in Thorndale, Pennsylvania, she was the daughter of the late Charles and Beatrice Cloud.

Doris was very kind and generous to all and will be fondly remembered by her family and friends.  She loved doing crossword puzzles and playing Bingo.  She was a Cub Scout Den Mother and loved spending time with her family at her home in Charlestown Manor. 

Surviving her are her children Patricia Greaves, Bill Warren (Janet), Barry Warren and Brian Warren (Norine), her grandchildren Melynda, Lorie, Deanna and Barry Jr., as well as her many step-grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren. 

She was preceded in death by her brother, Charles Cloud, her grandson John Chamberlain, and her great-granddaughter Amanda Doubts.

A funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, September 12, 2023 at Harris-Mountain Funeral & Cremation Service, 1030 East Lincoln Highway, Coatesville, PA.  Friends and family may call from 9:45 to 10:45 a.m.  Interment will be in Forks of the Brandywine Cemetery.
