Edith B. (Donia) Frederick

Edith B. Frederick, 85, of Coatesville died Thursday, February 16, 2017 at her home.
She was the wife of John J. Frederick who preceded her in death in 1986.
Born in Coatesville, she was the daughter of the late Peter and Carmella Moschitta Donia.
Edith was employed as an inspector at the Chester County Association for the Blind for 20 years.
She was a member of Our Lady of the Rosary Church, Coatesville and the Sodality of the church and the former LGM.
Surviving her are two sons, John and wife, Debra; Paul and wife Kathy; two daughters, Marie Jaszczyszyn, and husband, Benjamin; Anita Sabocsik, and husband, Dennis; 14 grandchildren; seven great grandchildren; brother, Peter Donia; and sisters, Rose Vergara and Mary Ambroziak.
She was preceded in death by daughters, Elaine Dillow and Barbara Frederick; sons, Joseph and Anthony Frederick; grandson, Michael Frederick; sister, Catherine Baker and brother, Anthony Donia.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:30 a.m., Wednesday, February 22, 2017 at Our Lady of the Rosary Church, 80 S. 17th Ave., Coatesville. Relatives and friends may call from 6 to 8 p.m., Tuesday, February 21, and from 9 to 10 a.m. on Wednesday, February 22 at the Harris Mountain Funeral & Cremation Service, 1030 E. Lincoln Highway, Coatesville.
Interment will be in St. Cecilia Cemetery, Coatesville.
