James “Jim” Fuller Jr. of Coatesville went home to be with the Lord on July 8, 2025.
Jim was born on May 23, 1944 to parents, James “Nate” Fuller and Margaret “Snooks” Hess Fuller.
A graduate of S. Horace Scott High School, he was employed in school maintenance until his retirement. Additionally, he along with his wife, Dolores were the owners of the “Craft Cove” where he built many custom furniture pieces.
At a young age, Jim learned to play bass guitar and continued playing in bands (in the mid-60’s- mid 70’s) up and down the North East coast. Some of the bands were “The Chosen Few” “Fat City” and “Speedy B” to name a few.
Jim is survived by the love of his life, Dolores; his one and only son, James III (Judi); grandchildren, James IV, Alexa (Sean), Kylee and great granddaughter Josie Madelyn Holland. Jim was also blessed with two great stepsons, Ken Wood (Maryann) and Roy Wood (Jane). Jim was the only son and is survived by his five wonderful sisters, Joyce Beaver (George), Karen Perry (Harvey), Peg Fuller, Valerie Harlan (Dave), Deb Sagner (Tom) and many special nieces nephews and family.
Jim was a very simple man who loved life, his family, woodworking and had a passion for music.
Jim will be sorely missed by his family and friends and special caregiver, Jae.
Jim’s wishes were for no services, however a celebration of his life will be announced at a future date.
Memorial Contributions for Jim may be made to the Tim Tebow Foundation, or the Alzheimer’s Foundation in his honor.
