Janet E. (Naskret) Olik

Janet (Naskret) Olik, of Coatesville, PA, passed away peacefully on January 14, 2026, surrounded by her family. 

She was predeceased by her parents, Charles and Sophie Naskret and her ex-husband, Theodore Olik. 

Janet is survived by her two sons Andrew (and wife Justine) and Michael, and by her brother, Bernard, and sister, Millie. 

She always enjoyed attending the new exhibits at the Philadelphia Museum of Art, and the productions at the Academy of Music in Philadelphia.  In her earlier years, she was also involved in the antique business.

Janet graduated from S. Horace Scott Senior High School in Coatesville, PA, and received her B.S. from Kutztown State Teacher's College (now known as Kutztown University).  She taught Art in the elementary grades for a period of time and created artwork throughout her life.  During her last several years, she spent many happy hours creating new works of art, which she left to her family as a great lasting gift.
