John R. Batson, Jr., 68, of Honey Brook died Sunday, May 14, 2023 at Chester County Hospital.
He was the husband of Wendy Lawrence Batson with whom he shared 38 years of marriage.
Born in Coatesville, he was the son of the late John R. and Dorothy Haldeman Batson, Sr.
John was employed by PennDot on their road crew.
He was a member of the VFW of Downingtown, the Polish American Citizens Club and life member of the Thorndale Fire Company.
Surviving him, in addition to his wife, are two sons, Richard John Batson and Jeffrey O. Batson; four sisters, Pamela McLaughlin, Cindy Batson, Karen Stoffer and Danielle Profeto and three grandchildren, Kaylee, Makyle and Kyla.
