John M. Rozycki, Sr.

John M. Rozycki, Sr., 88, of Coatesville died Wednesday, February 12, 2020 at his home.

Born in Coatesville, he was the son of the late Anthony and Florence Czerwinski Rozycki.

John was the husband of Frances A. Rozynske Rozycki who proceded him in death in 2014 having shared 59 years of marriage.

John was employed as a mill worker for Alleghany Ludlum and G. O. Carlson and he also worked at the Brandywine Hospital.  Having worked two jobs his entire life, John retired at age 86.  He was a member of the Polish American Citizens Club and enjoyed woodworking and building and painting Christmas decorations.  He and his wife enjoyed ballroom dancing and especially Polka music.

He is survived by his son, John M. Rozycki, Jr., a sister-in-law, Theresa Dittrich; three nieces and a nephew; and many great and great great nieces and nephews.

The family would like to thank Holisticare Hospice for all that they did.

A visitation for family and friends will be held from 10 to 11 a.m., Tuesday, February, 18, 2020 at the Harris Mountain Funeral & Cremation Service, 1030 E. Lincoln Highway, Coatesville.

Interment will be in St. Cecilia Cemetery, Coatesville.
