Mary (Illes) Nagy

Mary Nagy, age 101 of Coatesville passed away on Thursday, October 3, 2024 at home.

She was preceded in death by her late husband, Michael J. Nagy, Jr.

Mary was the daughter of the late Michael and Bessie Illes.

She was a member of Blessed Virgin Mary Byzantine Catholic Church.

Surviving her is a sister, Priscilla Repak and a brother, Alex Illes.

Additionally, she is survived by her son, Michael J. Nagy, III; and three daughters, Kathleen Nagy Winter, Mary Nagy and Julie Nagy; five grandchildren, Michelle Lafave, Gina Nagy, Michael Nagy, IV, Matthew Nagy and Katelyn Nagy; five great grandchildren, Jacob Lafave, Alyssa Lafave, Drew Lafave, Lucas Nagy and Isabella Nagy; and a great great granddaughter, Clara Lafave.

A funeral service will be held at 1 p.m., Thursday, October 10, 2024 at the Harris Mountain Funeral & Cremation Service, 1030 E. Lincoln Highway, Coatesville, where relatives and friends may visit with the family from 12 Noon until 1 p.m.  Interment will be in St. Cecilia Cemetery, Coatesville.
