Patricia L. Lewis

Patricia L. Lewis, 69, of Coatesville, PA, passed away peacefully on September 27, 2025. Born on July 30, 1956, in Garden City, Michigan, she was the beloved daughter of the late Duane and Barbara Lewis.

Patti was a devoted mother, grandmother, sister, and friend. She is survived by her four children: Amanda Mundy (Jason), Justin Daberkoe (Valerie), April Boan (Alan), and Andrew Daberkoe (Jennifer); and her cherished grandchildren: Jaylee Mundy, Brynn and Kennedy Daberkoe, Maverick and Malia Boan, and Lucy Daberkoe. She also leaves behind her loving siblings: Tom (Cathy) Lewis, Dave (Debbie) Lewis, Jim (Cindy) Lewis, and Janet Lewis (Dean Van Lith).

Patti dedicated many years of her life to serving others. She drove a school bus for the Coatesville Area School District through Krapf, worked as an office manager at Burton Neil & Associates, and most recently was a valued member of the food service team at STEM Academy in Downingtown. Her work ethic, kindness, and warm smile made a lasting impact everywhere she went.

A lifelong sports fan, Patti proudly cheered for the Philadelphia Phillies and Eagles, though she never lost her love for her hometown teams, the Detroit Tigers and Lions. Above all, her greatest joy was spending time with her family—especially her grandchildren, whom she adored. She was always the first to lend a helping hand, and her caring heart touched everyone who knew her.

A memorial visitation to celebrate Patti’s life will be held on Saturday, October 25, from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at the Thorndale Inn. The family and close friends will gather privately following the service to celebrate Patti’s life. 

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations be made to your favorite animal rescue.  Some suggestions are SPCA, Lucky Dawg, All4Paws and LaMancha.

She will be deeply missed and forever remembered for her generosity, humor, and unwavering love for her family.
