Ronald S. Ellis, Jr.

Ronald S. Ellis, Jr., 51, of Marietta, PA and formerly of Coatesville, PA passed away on Tuesday, December 5, 2023 at Penn State Health Lancaster Medical Center.

Born in Coatesville, he was the son of Mary Ambroziak Stephens and the late Ronald S. Ellis, Sr.

Ronnie was employed as a machinist in the steel manufacturing industry.

He was a tinkerer, woodworker and handyman.  He collected marbles but also enjoyed the company of animals and maintaining fresh water fish tanks.

He is survived by his fiance, Rachel M. Welk; his mother, Mary and stepfather Corbit (Tim) Stephens; two daughters, Brittany M. and Stephanie N. Ellis; a brother Timothy Ellis (Tawnya); Rachel's children, Ashlee Hackman and Taylor Mast; four grandchildren, Brayln, Charlee, Lydia and Hank; a step-sister, Belinda Woerth and a step-brother, Corbit (Timmy) Stephens, Jr. and a nephew, Ryder.

He was preceded in death by his brother, Michael C. Ellis.

Memorial services will be held at 11:30 a.m., Saturday, January 20, 2024 at Sandy Hill Community Church, 420 S. Sandy Hill Road, Coatesville.  Relatives and friends may visit with the family from 10:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.
