Sara B. Taylor, 95, of Honey Brook died Saturday, May 28, 2022 at Tel Hai Retirement Community where she had been a resident since 2013.
Born in Lancaster County, she was the daughter of the late Chester and Bessie Watson Baxter.
She was the wife of the late Donald F. Taylor, who preceded her in death in 2012.
Sara was a life member of the Thorndale Volunteer Fire Company and the auxiliary of the VFW of Downingtown. She also enjoyed playing Bingo whenever she had the chance.
Surviving her are her sons, Donald F. Taylor, Jr. (Marlene) and Timothy J. Taylor (Linda); three grandsons, Sean, Patrick and Timothy; a great granddaughter, Emery Mae and a sister, Laura Mae Doll. She was preceded in death by six brothers and five sisters.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m., Monday, June 6, 2022 at the Harris Mountain Funeral & Cremation Service, 1030 E. Lincoln Highway, Coatesville where relatives and friends may visit with the family from 9:45 to 10:45 a.m.
Interment will be in Hephzibah Cemetery, Coatesville.
