Virginia M. "Ginger" (Marshall) Gregson

Virginia (Ginger) M. Gregson, 87, of Elizabethtown, PA formerly of Ephrata and Modena, PA passed away Saturday, May 11, 2024 at the Masonic Village where she was a resident for the past year.

Born on March 2, 1937, in Modena, PA, she was the daughter of the late Llewellyn L. Marshall, Jr. and Nancy Harris Marshall.

She was the wife of Carl E. Gregson, who died February 23, 2023 with whom she shared 62 years of marriage.

Ginger was a 1955 graduate of S. Horace Scott High School, and retired from PNC Bank in 1995 with 40 years of service.

Ginger was the Treasurer for the Borough of Modena and a Republican Committee woman for many years in the Borough as well. She was a former member, and Past Matron of Fraternal Chapter #249 O.E.S., Coatesville, PA and currently a member of Donegal Chapter #422 O.E.S.

She was the last member of her immediate family.  She is survived by a sister-in-law, Gail Gregson Haught, nieces, nephews and their children along with their grandchildren.  Surviving her also is her pet dog, Huey which she gifted to Kimberly King in April, 2023 because of her own declining health.

Graveside services will be held at 4 p.m., Wednesday, May 22, 2024 at Romansville Friends Cemetery.
