William Greaves

William Greaves, 64, of Gap died Saturday, March 24, 2018 at his home.
He was the husband of Patricia Warren Greaves with whom he shared 31 years of marriage.
Born in Darby, he was the son of Frances Cull Greaves and the late Russell Greaves.
William was employed as a steel worker retiring from ArcelorMittal with 40 years of service.
He enjoyed traveling, playing pool and cards especially Texas holdem poker.
Surviving him are his children, Melynda Barndt (Duane), Christina Buchanan, Tracy Middleton, and William Greaves, Jr. (Mary); two brothers, George and Richard Greaves; stepbrothers, Tom and Greg Waddington; a stepsister, LouAnn Lawrence; 8 grandchildren, Felicia, Zachary, Joshua, Alayna, Douglas, Caitlyn, Gavin and Madison; and three great grandchildren, Aaliyah, Savannah and Spencer.
He was preceded in death by a son, John Chamberlain; a granddaughter, Amanda P. Doubts; and a sister, Susan Greaves.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m., Thursday, March 29, 2018 at the Harris Mountain Funeral & Cremation Service, 1030 E. Lincoln Highway, Coatesville where relatives and friends may call beginning at 10 a.m.
Private interment will be held in Bart Mennonite Cemetery at Chestnut Church, Christiana.
